Booking Policies
Hours
Monday through Friday. Appointment start times are 3:45 PM and 6:00 PM — on Mondays and Wednesdays they're 4:30 PM and 6:45 PM through February 3. No weekend appointments.
Booking Ahead
Appointments are booked at least 24 hours in advance — no same-day appointments.
Booking Fee
A $25 nonrefundable booking fee reserves your appointment and goes toward your service total.
Grace Period
Life happens — there's a 20-minute grace period on both sides. Running more than 20 minutes late adds a $10 fee; if your stylist runs more than 20 minutes behind, you get $10 off.
Kid-Free Zone
This is mommy's pamper time — no kids allowed at appointments, no exceptions, unless the child is the one being serviced. Please make childcare arrangements ahead of time; clients who arrive with children who aren't being serviced will be turned away at the door.
Hair Taken Down
Please arrive with your hair completely taken down from your previous style — no braids, tracks, or sew-ins still in, and taking it down at the salon isn't an option. Your appointment time is for doing your hair. If you arrive with your hair still up, a $40 takedown fee is added to your service.
