Booking policies — please read all of them
- Appointments are Monday–Friday only — no weekend appointments. First appointment starts at 4:00 PM, last appointment starts at 6:00 PM.
- Book at least 24 hours ahead — no same-day appointments. Cancellations also need 24 hours' notice.
- The $25 booking fee is nonrefundable and goes toward your service total — the balance is due at your appointment.
- There's a 20-minute grace period both ways. More than 20 minutes late adds a $10 fee; if your stylist runs more than 20 minutes behind, you get $10 off.
- No kids allowed — this is a kid-free zone — unless the child is the one being serviced. Please make childcare arrangements before your appointment. No other exceptions — not even for a quick appointment — and clients who arrive with children who aren't being serviced will be turned away at the door.
- The salon address isn't posted online. You'll get a text with the address the day before your appointment — as long as your appointment is still on. That's why we need your phone number.
Holding your spot doesn't charge anything yet — you'll pay the $25 booking fee on Square's secure page in the next step.
